Add-edit Prime Times issue

Prime Times is added to the ASURA website by uploading a PDF file with a specific name.

Overview

Prime Times issues are listed on the Prime Times page through use of a custom Drupal view. The view is named Prime Times. It looks for PDF documents that have a filename containing the word "Prime". Hence the need for a file naming convention.

The view lists all the documents that qualify in descending order by the file name description "Prime Times mmm yyyy".

Add a Prime Times issue

Prime Times issues are made available on the ASURA website as PDF files.

When the Prime Times editor has an issue ready:

Rename the PDF file to YYYY-MM-Prime-Times-Season.pdf

where MM is 02, 06, or 10 and Season is Spring, Summer, or Fall
Upload the file to the ASURA website per instructions for uploading a document

Name of the file should be Prime Times mmm yyyy

where mmm is Feb, Jun, or Oct

If you don't follow the naming conventions the file will not be listed on the Prime Times page.

Edit a Prime Times issue

If changes need to be made to a Prime Times issue that has been uploaded:

Delete the document from the website.
Make the needed changes.
Follow the above procedure for adding a Prime Times issue.
