Order envelopes

Business envelopes and self-addressed return envelopes are used in mailings for membership renewal, ballots, and occasionally for other purposes. When supplies at Mail Services and in the office are low, use these instructions to order more.

See mailing operations overview

Overview

ASURA uses two types of envelopes for mailing:

  • #10 (business) envelopes with the ASURA address in the return area.

  • #9 (return) envelopes with the ASURA address in the "to" address area.

Both types of envelopes are ordered from ASU Print Services via ASU Print Online

When ordering either size of envelope, it is best to order 1,000 or more at a time because the setup for each job is a major portion of the cost, and is paid once per order. Typically the cost of 1500 envelopes ordered 50 at a time is 8 times more than the cost of a single order of 1500.

Ordering steps

No matter which envelopes you are ordering, you will need to log in to ASU Print Online. If this is the first time you have ordered from them, check to make sure that your ASURITE login credentials are recognized on the site:

  • After logging in scroll down and look for "Popular products".
  • If you don't see ithem, contact Print Services and ask to have your ASURITE credentials authorized for use on the site.

If you have ordered the envelopes you need from ASU Print Online before, you may be able to use the "My Account" menu to select "Past and Active Orders", then choose the Re-Order button to order again. Sometimes a past order doesn't  allow re-ordering so that you have to go through the complete process below. Be sure to pay attention to the advice on the left of this page about how many to order! And make sure that delivery information is as you want it.

If you have not ordered the particular envelopes you need before, follow the steps below to set up your order.
