Open an E-News form
- Log in to the website using your ASURITE credentials.
- Click on the "Content" button near the top left. If you don't see that button, click on "Manage" and then the menu that has Content should appear.
- Click on the blue +Add content button at the top of the page that lists content. Click on "Enews".
Fill in the form
- In the title field enter "E-News for Month dd, yyyy" (without the quotation marks), e.g. "E-News for March 11, 2021". If there is no obvious date select the date for the second Tuesday of the month.
- In the Enews Sortable Date field, enter the issue date in the indicated format, e.g. 03/11/2021.
- In the Enews Topics box, enter the topics covered in this issue, putting each topic on a new line by using shift-enter to go to the new line. Remove capital letters after the initial letter, except for proper nouns.
- Paste the E-News text into the Enews Content box. In the headings, change uppercase letters to lower except for the first word in the heading and of course any proper nouns.
- Check for links that might not be good anymore and just remove those (highlight the linked text, and click on the icon in the editing ribbon that looks like a broken link of a chain).
- If the E-News had a picture, copy it to your computer, the click on "Add media" in the Enews Picture box and then:
- Click on the gray "Choose file" and locate the picture on your computer and click on "open"
- Add the alternative text
- Click on the gray "Root directory" in the Directory box and select "E-News Pictures and the click on the maroon "Apply filters"
- Click on the maroon "Save and Insert" button.
- Click on the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. Admire your results. If you see something wrong, proceed to the Edit an E-News issue tab above.
- Log in to the ASURA website using your ASURITE credentials.
- Locate the E-News issue you want to edit in the list on the E-News Archives page.
- Click on "Edit" at the top of the page (between "View" and "Delete".
- Mae the corrections, then scroll to the bottom and click on the blue Save button.
Only those with administrative privileges can delete E-News pages they didn't create. Everyone who can create an E-News issue page can delete the one they created.

- Click on "Delete" at the top of the page (between "Edit" and "Layout").
