Update website personnel

There are several ASURA website pages that need to be updated at the start of a new Association year. These are pages that list current and past volunteers.

Pages to update in April

The following pages should be reviewed and update each year as soon as the new ASURA Board members and officers are in office.

The Website Tasks menu of this site provides help on editing a basic page and other editing tips.

  • Past ASURA leadership. It is easiest if you do this one first, before changing the pages that have the information you need on them. For this you will be creating a new page that lists the leadership for the new year. You should also add a photo of last year's President to the appropriate Gallery of Presidents.
  • ASURA Board of Directors. The officers and Board members by year need to be updated.
  • All-time volunteers. Update the record for each person who served as a Board member or a committee chair during the past year. The update is to the position(s) and year(s) held in the header. If the person served for the first time last year, create a new record.
  • Committees and chairs. Review the page and make any changes
