Overview
The Board Secretary, the Membership Committee, the Operations Managers, and sometimes others need to add and modify files stored on Wild Apricot. The files kept on Wild Apricot fall into three basic categories:
- Operational files that are linked to from ASURA websites. The files placed on Wild Apricot are typically those that require regular update -- it is quite a bit easier to update such files on Wild Apricot than it is to update them if they are stored on the site servers. Examples are the enrollment forms, the letters used in the membership drive, the Board ballot, and the ASURA trifold.
- Operational files that are placed on Wild Apricot to facilitate sharing by those who need them. Examples include ASURA logos and signatures, financial and membership records, and committee documents.
- Files that are integral to the use of Wild Apricot. Examples include email templates, event templates and photos, and website theme files.
