Meetings
Meetings are held before the monthly Board Meetings, typically between 30 and 45 minutes in length.
Committee responsibilities
- Plan meetings of the Board and the Association
 - Administer the various functions of the Association
 - Select chairs for the various committees
 - Appoint personnel as needed to carry out the operations of the Association, e.g., Technology and Business managers.
 - Use the Operations Checklist to ensure the tasks defined in the Bylaws and/or desired by the Association are accomplished.
 - Periodically review the list of Appointed Contacts and make changes as necessary.
