- the host clicks on the link they received that is labeled "this link can be used only by the host" and then clicks on the "Share" button at the top right
- next the host clicks on the switch labeled, "Viewers can download"

Find the video's URL
- At YouTube.com, log in using the ASURA Google account and password.

- Click on the thumbnail of the video you want. This will bring up a Video details page. Copy the video link that is under the thumbnail on the top right. If you are not yet ready to use it, save it.

If you are using a custom block that has a spot to enter a link for a remote video, paste the URL you saved into that box. Choose a file folder to save it in, and save.
If you are including a video in a text block, use the "insert from media library" icon and choose media type "remote video".
