Executive Committee responsibilities

The Executive Committee is composed of the five Officers and its responsibilities are defined in the Bylaws (Article V.D.1)

Meetings

Meetings are held before the monthly Board Meetings, typically between 30 and 45 minutes in length.

Committee responsibilities

  1. Plan meetings of the Board and the Association
  2. Administer the various functions of the Association
  3. Select chairs for the various committees
  4. Appoint personnel as needed to carry out the operations of the Association, e.g., Technology and Business managers. 
  5. Use the Operations Checklist to ensure the tasks defined in the Bylaws and/or desired by the Association are accomplished.
  6. Periodically review the list of Honorary Members and make changes as necessary.
