Review invoice and receipt templates

If a member has enrolled for an event that requires payment to ASURA or if they have self-initiated membership renewal, an automatic invoice will be generated and emailed to them. When an invoice is paid, the member is sent a receipt by email.

Review and edit invoice

The invoice template should be reviewed occasionally to make sure it contains the desired information.

To review and update the invoice template, you must have administrative privileges in Wild Apricot and be logged in and in the "Admin" rather than the "Public" view (the button on top right will say "Public view" when you are in Admin view).

You can link directly to the invoice template or you can navigate to it with Wild Apricot's Admin view:

  • From the Finances menu on the left, choose "Invoice and receipt settings".
  • Click on "View/edit invoice template".

To edit:

  • Cick on the "Edit" button at the top of the page,
  • Click in the text area, make your revisions, and click on the "Save" button at the top.
