Renewal pending notice
Although it is very rare for a person to initiate renewal by using the "renew" button in their membership profile, it does occasionally happen. The automatic notice that is generated in Wild Apricot when they do this should be reviewed before the start of each membership drive and updated as needed.
To review and update the notice, you must have administrative privileges in Wild Apricot and be logged in and in the "Admin" rather than the "Public" view.
You can link directly to the notice, or you can navigate to it within Wild Apricot's Admin view:
- From the Members menu on the left, choose "Member emails"
- From the "Renewal notifications" column, choose "Renewal pending"
To edit:
- Click on the blue "Edit" button at the top of the page
- Click in the text area,
- Make your revisions
- Click on the "Save" button at the top.
- When asked whether you want to update all existing levels to use this email template, reply in the affirmative by clicking on the "Update email templates for all existing levels". This notice is the same for all of our membership levels.
